You have loosened calcium from the pipes and it has traveled to your faucet screens and clogged them up.remove the end of the faucet there is a screen and deflector in it.Cleen it out good ,turn on faucet for a second then put faucet back together.should be fixed.Good luck.
References :
Also check your heaters temp before the Kids and guests, and If you pipes rattle when you shut off the water(at the faucet) then the temp is to high, what happens is the hotter the water, the more pressure builds up in your pipes, kinda like an air hose, as soon as you stop, POP is the sound you hear hammering in the water pipe can be stopped by lowering the temp, Cheapest way, or get an expansion tank installed, If you have hot water base board heating then you might already have one. Oh Yea! Flush your water lines out and your pressure will come back.
References :
Remove aerator on faucet and clean out. What is happening is the junk in the pipes and new tank is getting caught up in the faucet aerator. Just unscrew it flip over tap on counter and reinstall. Flush line before you reinstall.
