I’m pretty sure he uses the exact same one in The wall In Berlin footage, too haha. Also, what footage from the Animals tour have you seen? I always wanted to see more stuff from the DSoTM tour and the wYwH/Animals tour (My w key sucks, hence nothing with a w being capitalized :P)

  11. Wow, I never …
Wow, I never thought that someone from Thin Lizzy would become a touring member of the Floyd. Two very seperate sounding bands there. I seen touring footage from the Animals tour with that guy and, it looks like he still plays the same Les Paul….

  12. I love how he …
I love how he expressively “acts out” the words throughout the performance. Roger is a wry, dramatic, acerbic vocalist. Absolutely perfectly done here.

  13. That guitarist …
That guitarist would be Snowy white who has worked with Pink Floyd on their 1977 In The Flesh tour and also with the band Thin Lizzy

  14. Nice comedic …
Nice comedic writing there, by Roger!

    “An earthquake hits the theater
    But the opera singer lingers
Then the piano lid comes down
    And breaks his ing fingers”

Now try visualizing that without laughing

  15. I always found it …
I always found it funny how each member of Floyd found guys that sound exactly like eachother for their solo efforts but, they could never get along enough to just work together as Pink Floyd.I swear Jon Carin and that guitarist sound like copys of Wright and Gilmour. The music is awesome but, it sounds like Pink Floyd and it is sad they could not stick together. It was great seeing them reunite for Live 8 for one last time before Wright passed away. Who is the guitarist in this video at the end?
