Try Myrtle Beach, SC. It was 76 there today. I go there every spring and have wanted to move there for the last 7 yrs. It is on the Atlantic, has a low cost of living and plenty of jobs with the tourist industry. The only downside is the wages tend to be lower. Property is a buyers market there though also. You should check it out.
References :
Try the Florida Keys. The climate is great except in summer. Hurricanes can be a nuisance. The major industries are shrimping and the Air Force, also welfare. There is a serious shortage of jobs and women. Prices are reasonable and you can swim all winter. Fishing is great and if you fall out of the boat, you can walk home. If you live in a double-wide trailer, you're considered rich.
