What is in Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner that makes it so water proof?

Just wondering. I tested some out at macy’s and tried rubbing it offa my hand. I rubbed so hard that it turned red and it still didn’t budge. :) So I decided to buy it… soooooo worth the expense! :D But I was just wondering what ingredient is in it that makes it so water resistant.
