    How do u Plant those plants without the koi chewing them up. Everytime i try to grow a plan in the Pond, the koi are always there to chew it up and rip it out.

    You are absolutely right, we employ beneficial bacteria,in order to consume or convert ammonia and nitrite in to a beneficial product. We tend to overpopulate our isolated ponds. in most ponds water quality can be controlled by constant water change much like a stream or pond in nature. We incorporate biological and mechanical filtration to maintain quality as well as clarity. Some plants can benefit from conversion performed by the bio filtration.We work with natural processes. Just my opinion.

    cant nature/plants help purify the water? i thought nature does all the work? think back a long time ago in China & Japan. What did they use to keep the water in good quality? Did they use pnemonia killing products? i’m just curious. Like the ocean, the waves come up to the shore, and then it washes back, its filtering the water? Nature should do it right?

    Plakos are very effective, but not hardy here,have used in the past , best season ever. Am now trying LONG FIN SHARK from china Hope to have photos of them soon,there cool buffalos grazing…Joe

    Oh im in retail so it is normally advising people what to put and what not to put, and how much you can put, water testing and what not. As for froducts i tend to limit them from usind to much, Prime water conditioner and maybe some Live bacteria in a bottle + Not over feeding and water change and they are good to go =^_^=

    i feel really sad last week now , in my fish tank i changed the water cause fish needed it , but somehow the water we use was polluted in the sink , and my koi fish died , my expert friend at fishes tried to save him but it eventually died ,
    my koi fish was long 4hand put together really big
    10years of taking care , but died cause of polluted water :(:(:(

    hi thanks for the quick reply. sadly i cannot do a 25% waterchange as we are on a watermeter and my parents wont be happy with me wasting 1500 gallons of water lol ! i beleive the sulpher is coming from the acid rain and is harming the water. any chemicals out there that can kill sulfer ?

    exactly what services do you provide for your customers.I am hesitant to use product names but do have a standard test an treat procedure, including about 5 products.

    do water changes regularly25% or so 2xmo. there must be local resources dealing with this problem if indeed it is a problem. U.K. appears to have many pond suppliers and koi pond enthuiasts.

    oh good that you make this vid. Alot of my customers never test their pond water or do any water change.. and they keep asking me the same questions if there is a chemical you can use to clean it or something,.. i keep telling them to do water change…even small amount, but they dont seem to listend. on top of that they over feed way to much lol.     my nitrites and amonia are both 0 but i have a nitrate reading of 7.5 which i guess is ok. however i have recently found i have alot of sulfer in my pond and have not worries about it much. well untill i saw your video. the reason i guess i have sulfer is because i live in the uk and it rains alot in here and most of south britian is industrial citys so the air is bad. is there a solution or are my fish doomed ? thanks
