Florida Aquifer Water Quality Data and Access?

Hello,
I am doing an MBA project invovling a beverage company. I thought it would be a good idea to satisfy water needs by drilling into a closed system aquifer. How can I find laymans terms information about water quality, geographic location for accessing this water etc? Any Ideas?
Basicly, I am starting a fake micro brewery and thought it would be a neat idea to use natural aquifer water, and I uderstand that closed system aquifers have the best quality.

I’m sure the state of Florida has a Department of Environmental Quality or something and there is certainly groundwater data from the various aquifers in the area. A little searching on the net should do the trick.
