Whats the difference between saving water and water conservation?
Saving means using less. Conservation is wise use. Water is that stuff you drink when you are out of vodka.

It depends on the supporting information. Both could mean the same thing. In the Southwest United States where we have had huge population growth with very little water, they are trying everything to conserve water. One way to do this is to create man made lakes.

Water conservation means to minimise the use of water for cleaning and other purposes by human beings. It is to reduce the consumption from the normal consumption of water for all purposes.

Saving water as in limiting wastage is one form of water conservation. Another is protecting it from pollutants. It could be argued that water conservation is saving water but the term saving water in this context is more usefully used for limiting wastage.
