    The only song I can think of right now that refers to water. Great video too. Why not get permission to mix scenes of your commercial with scenes from the video?

How about a variation of Slim Dusty’s "Pub with no beer", which could be re-worded as "A Dam with no tears" , and a few stick in the mind jingles to brighten your commercial….You may need to check on the legal aspect of using part of the composer’s work…..Good luck ..it sounds like a very worthy project…..
