The single most ...
The single most important area is to cut back on ALL meat, since pig/cow/chicken are mostly factory farm grown in the US and are living on grain, it uses vast quantities of energy-fossil fuels, water, and is awful for the environment. The sewage is toxic and doesn't go to a waste treatment plant like human waste. (why? don't know) but a lot of it gets into the ground water and local streams!
Less meat, less dairy.
Healthier for you, healthier for us.
