Okavango Challenge

Assume the role of President of your local catchment care group. You have been granted government funding for the purpose of implementing a management plan for your local stream so that it can operate at maximum health and sustainability. Funding will be allocated over a period of five years. The first instalment of funding will be $5000.

As president of the catchment care group you are to examine the stream segment and present your findings in a report. Your report must also propose and cost two possible management plans for the segment and evaluate them against three criteria to decide which plan should be given first priority. You must justify your decision with supporting arguments.
