Upkar Meadows site near new biocon. Any views on water contamination pollution by chemical emits of biocon?

We are planning to buy site in Upkar Meadows Bangalore. site is besided biocon company. We heard that there is water contamination and pollution. anyone who has any experience and/or purchased sites in meadows or near by, please give some reviews.
