EPA Water Pollution Contest Entry

My entry for the EPA Water Pollution contest. Go to www.epa/gov/owow for more information.

I purchased the music at http://www.stock20.com/gvr.php?rc=65xl2nv17905asd5v2x and am not infringing on any third party rights.

No fish were harmed.

It took 2 fish bowls, 3 goldfish, 2 LCD lights, 3 pieces of poster board, 3 hours, and a rotating birthday cake platform to put this project together.
