		<description>well it depends on whether we are talking about building a new college or just updating an old one. 
If you are building a new building then there are all sorts of designs that conserve energy by optimizing heating and cooling, or window placement and insulation. there are also different energy sources you can use like installing solar panels of using geothermal heating. 
but if you are talking about making changes to preexisting buildings then you can do simple things like use fluorescent lighting everywhere, install recycling bins next to trash cans, or just put in place policies to restrict wasted energy use like having staff turn off lights and computers.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
